What makes Steel City fortitude Fitness unique?

Steel City Fortitude Fitness is a women-owned personal training studio. In order to gain access, you must make an appointment with one of our personal trainers. You can decide between a one-on-one or a small group session! This means our gym never gets crowded!

Is this a membership gym?

No. You must purchase sessions with a trainer to have access to the gym. However, this means there are no monthly membership fees on top of personal training fees!

How do i work with a trainer?

You can choose if you want to work with Rachel or Shannon, or we can choose for you! You can learn more about the both of us under our sections at the top of the site, or click here for Rachel and/or Shannon. If you were referred to a specific trainer or want to work with one of us from what you read, fill out the consultation form on their page. If you do not care which trainer you work with, you can fill out you first and last name, email, and any information you want us to know under “contact us.” Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply!

What is covered during an average session?

The sessions will focus on strength training, but can also include cardio, mobility, flexibility, and agility components depending upon the trainer and your individual goals.
